Angle Chase

Objective

Work out every missing angle, in degrees. All answers are whole numbers. Gold labels are given; red boxes are yours to fill.

Facts you will use

• Angles on a straight line sum to 180°.
• Angles in a triangle sum to 180°.
• Vertically opposite angles are equal.
• Corresponding and alternate angles are equal; co-interior angles sum to 180°.
• Base angles of an isosceles triangle are equal.
• Angles around a point sum to 360°.

Difficulty

• Easy: four short diagrams (triangle, straight line or vertically opposite). Win if every missing angle in the run is correct.
• Classic: one diagram with 2 or 3 missing angles (parallel lines or isosceles). One extra submit if you miss.
• Hard: a combined figure with 3 or 4 missing angles, and one extra submit.

Daily challenge

Everyone receives the same seeded classic or hard diagram. It resets at midnight UK. The first win of the day counts for the league and your streak.
