Objective

Fill every cell with a number from 1 to n so that each row and each column uses every number once, like a latin square. The thick outlines are cages. Each cage must also match the target in its corner.

Cages

• A single cell shows only a number: that cell is that digit.
• + and × use all of the cage’s values.
• − and ÷ are for two-cell cages. Order does not matter: use the larger minus or divided by the smaller, so long as the result is a whole number.

Controls

• Tap a cell, then tap a number on the pad (or press 1 to n).
• Clear, 0 or Backspace empties the cell.
• A number already used in that row or column is rejected.
• Check highlights cages or lines that already break the rules, without revealing the solution. Hint fills one empty cell.

Difficulty

• Easy: 4×4
• Classic: 5×5
• Hard: 6×6

Daily challenge

Everyone receives the same seeded 5×5. It resets at midnight UK. The first solve of the day counts for the league and your streak.
