This guide walks through every major part of Maths Vault: where to find resources, what each app or tool produces, and the best workflow for planning lessons, generating materials, presenting in class, setting homework, and tracking usage. Use it as your central reference whenever you are learning a new area of the site.

Vault Viewer and Presentations

Required path

  1. Open /apps/vault-viewer/index.php and enter your lesson topic.
  2. Enable White Rose alignment if needed, then choose year/term/block/small step.
  3. Select whether to auto-generate missing resources and whether lower ability mode is needed.
  4. Click Search Resources, review results, and choose the resources to include.
  5. Click Create Presentation, then use the ready-state actions: launch, share, add to planner, or create new.
  6. Use /apps/vault-viewer/presentations.php for long-term organisation and re-launch.
