Common questions

Do I really get everything for free?

Yes — Ultimate-tier features until 23:59 UK time on 31 July 2026. No credit card and no surprise charges. We want you to use it properly in real lessons.

What's the catch? Why free?

We're still polishing the product. Honest feedback from working teachers matters — and if the platform already earns its place in your week, paid plans from £2.50/month are there when you want them.

How much time commitment is required?

Whatever you want. Use it once or daily — both help. We ask for a brief feedback survey when you're ready (10–15 minutes) and bugs via our on-site form.

What happens after July 2026?

Your account stays open. Use the free tier within its limits, or upgrade to Basic (£2.50), Premium (£5.00), or Ultimate (£10.00) on Patreon. Testers who upgrade can get 20% off for the first 3 months.

Will I get to keep the resources I create?

Yes. Everything you download is yours to keep. Saved resources remain in your account if you stay signed up.

Is the platform stable enough for real classroom use?

Core features are classroom-ready. You might hit minor bugs — please report them. Many testers already use Maths Vault every week.

Can I invite colleagues to test too?

Please do — colleagues get the same terms if they register before 30 June 2026.

What kind of feedback are you looking for?

Bug reports, feature ideas, usability notes, or general thoughts. Honest feedback matters most — including what does not work yet.

Will my feedback actually be implemented?

We cannot promise every idea, but we read and consider all of it. Several live features started as tester suggestions.

Is there a limit on how many testers you'll accept?

No cap before 30 June 2026. After that, new sign-ups default to the free tier. Testers who joined in time keep Ultimate access until 31 July 2026.
